Visual Metaphors and Titles
1. A cup full of water and ice. The ice melts and the cup overflows.
- This is symbolic of the flooding of the land and the melting of the icecaps–due to global warming.
2. A person swimming in a pool of water–the water temperature gets too hot or the water evaporates.
-Represents the rising temperature and/or the scarcity of water.
3. Trees, animals, and wilderness dying and humans suffering.
-The humans will suffer due the loss of certain components of nature.
4. Comparisons of various areas of wild life.
5. A globe on fire.

I like your first one. It’s a simple and effective message that would actually be filmable. Remember, metaphors don’t need to be elaborate so elaborate. They just need to get across your message!

The only one I can see filming is #1–think about symbols as opposed to actual images of destruction. Not sure what #5 is. . . can you explain?
Could you look at a box of bandaids as a metaphor?
